Shaw loses 3kg thanks to Van Gaal fitness programme

Manchester United left-back Luke Shaw has lost 3kg in weight already this summer after being put on a fitness programme by Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal. The club have not resumed pre-season training yet but Shaw has returned in great shape.
